Terms

The deal
We draft social posts for your business and publish the ones you approve. You pay a monthly fee per location. Either of us can end it with a month’s notice; we do not lock you into a year.
What you are responsible for
- Approving posts. Nothing publishes without your approval, which means what goes out under your name is content you chose. Read it before you approve it.
- The photographs you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them. Do not upload images of identifiable people without their permission.
- Your own rules. If your trade is regulated, you know its advertising rules better than we do. We screen every draft for health claims and require a published source for any that survive, but the final word is yours.
What we are responsible for
Publishing what you approved, when you approved it for, and not publishing anything else. If a post fails to publish we tell you rather than retrying blindly. We do not guarantee reach, engagement or sales — no one honestly can.
Meta’s rules
Publishing happens through Facebook and Instagram, so their terms apply to your content as well as ours. If Meta suspends or limits your Page or account, our ability to publish goes with it.
